Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to reflex points found on the feet, hands, face, and ears which correspond with organs, glands, and systems within our body.  

By applying pressure to these reflex points, we can bring about a state of relaxation and encourage the body to heal itself.

It is a non-invasive complementary therapy, known to help alleviate stress & anxiety, increase circulation, balance hormones and improve sleep patterns.

 Successful career, motherhood, relationships, homemaker, outward appearance, women are under a lot of pressure to be everything to everyone.

Supporting my clients in their journey through womanhood is something I am passionate about.

My previous experience, working as a nurse and midwife, has shaped my Reflexology practice.

 Many women feel that they need some extra support in pregnancy and postnatally, and rightly so.  

Changes in hormones, work, supporting older children, previous birth trauma, relationships with partners families and friends can put women under a lot of pressure. 

 Reflexology can benefit all women at every stage of their pregnancy.  It can bring the body back into balance and is a non-invasive holistic therapy.
