I accept cash or bank transfer.

A deposit of £10 is taken at point of booking prior to treatment.  This is non-refundable.

Payment balance for treatment is at the end of each treatment

Payments in advance are required for gift vouchers..

If a cancellation is received within 48hrs of the planned treatment. The £10 deposit will be transferable to another rebooked appointment slot. 

This is to allow other clients to benefit from appointments that become available.

If the cancellation is made with less than 48hrs notice the £10 is not refundable or transferable.

If a cancellation is made with less than 48hrs notice on more than one occasion, then all subsequent treatments will need to be paid in full at time of booking.

If a client fails to attend an appointment without notice then full payment will be required.
