Following a reflexology treatment most people feel peaceful and relaxed. However, you may notice that you feel more tired; that some of your symptoms feel worse for a while; or that you need to go to the toilet more often. These are all positive signs that the body has responded to the treatment and should pass within the next 24-48 hours. There are a few things you can do to support yourself in the days following your treatment.
It can also be helpful to optimise the effects of your reflexology treatment by working any hand reflex points that I have shown you. So where possible, try and work your hands for about 5 minutes every day. This might prove easier if you make it part of your daily routine - i.e., after morning shower, or in your lunch break at work.
Drink Plenty of Water.
Try & Rest.
Avoid Tea, Coffee & Alcohol.
Eat Plenty of Fruit & Vegetables.
Hand Relfex Points For 5 Minutes.
