Payments
I accept cash & bank transfer payments.
A deposit of £10 is taken at point of booking prior to treatment. This is non-refundable.
Payment of balance for treatment required is at the end of each treatment.
Payments in advance are required for gift vouchers.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is received within 48hrs of the planned treatment, the £10 deposit will be transferable to another rebooked appointment slot. This is to allow other clients to benefit from appointments that become available.
If the cancellation is made with less than 48hrs notice the £10 is not refundable or transferable.
If a cancellation is made with less than 48hrs prior to booked treatment, all subsequent treatments will need to be paid for in full at time of booking.
If a client cancels an appointment with less than 24hrs notice or fails to attend an appointment, full payment will still be required.
