  Hand Reflexology can be used as a stand-alone treatment or complementary to foot reflexology.

For the Reflexologist, Hand reflexology is a vital tool. As part of a treatment, simple techniques are demonstrated, which helps to empower the client to continue with techniques to treat their existing condition at home. For example, specific reflex points on the hand can be demonstrated to help deal with anxiety attacks.

Hand Reflexology also gives the Reflexologist the ability to continue to treat their client in the event that a physical ailment of the foot prevents them from performing a treatment on the feet.

There are many other conditions that may benefit from hand reflexology including: arthritis, multiple sclerosis, frozen shoulder, repetitive strain injury or carpal tunnel syndrome.
